How do I keep my rabbit from pulling up the carpet and biting at the baseboards?

you need to place a few rabbit toys and rabbit chew toys around for something else to chew on, hopefully he should start to chew the toys more than the carpet and the baseboards.

hope this helps. How do I keep my rabbit from pulling up the carpet and biting at the baseboards?
Set up a play area for it made from wire fencing in an area of a room away from baseboards (make sure it's tall enough that the rabbit can't jump over it) and cover the floor inside the play area with a thick plastic mat or plexi glass, so that it can't scrach the carpet (it also helps to keep their claws trimmed). This play area is cool because it can be used in place of a cage and the rabbit can have more room to hop around. How do I keep my rabbit from pulling up the carpet and biting at the baseboards?
Put him in a nice size cage that gives him room to move around a bit and has his water and food inside. That rabbit will eat your house to the ground. I had one, too. Not anymore.
Sounds like he doesn't have anything to chew on. A rabbits teeth never stops growing. Lots of people don't know that and end up taking their bunny to the vet to get their teeth cut back down. A bunny's teeth is survival, to eat, protect themselves, ect. They have to have a variety of things to chew on to keep their teeth maintained to size or they will eventually starve to death if the teeth get too long. they cannot eat. Ask any pet store the varieties of chew toys for him. If he has the proper chew toys then i'd say he's bored. Rabbits dig-they live in dens so, it sounds like you need to find something for him to crawl into like a den. Maybe one of those cat toys thats covered with carpet that looks like a tube. He'd love to hide in that. Take some treats and hide them but he's either bored or needs chew toys. Our rabbit lived under the couch, that was his den.
You can use a variety of pet deterrents that are sprayed on areas you want to stop from being chewed or urinated on. Also, you may have to pen your bunny when you are not able to supervise its behavior.

Think about providing the flavored wood chews. Chewing on baseboards and fibers can harm your bunny due to the chemicals used to seal the wood and fibers. Put an end to it soon!
Make a nice stew out of him...
put him in his cage
