Is it okay to prepare a rabbit cage before hand?

I'm getting a 8 week old rabbit tommorow, and i've already bought the cage, hay, bedding, sawdust etc. Is it okay to fill the cage up with sawdust now?Is it okay to prepare a rabbit cage before hand?
Yes please do so. It will help you so you aren't rushed when the rabbit arrives and plus you get to spend more time getting to know eachother. Also helps the rabbit in that way because the sawdust needs to settle down. When you first take it out of the package dust accumulates in the air which doesn't make your rabbit to happy. You might also realize there is something missing or you want to arrange it before hand. Good luck!Is it okay to prepare a rabbit cage before hand?
I dont Know! Good question!!!
definitely! it will love coming home to a nice comfy habitat instead of waiting for you to fill it up. Rabbits are usually scared at first coming to a new home so i think it will be able to relax a little if it is already set up and ready. Thats what i did with my piggies. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR RABBIT :) !!!
ya its acsuly better to perpare rabbite cages before hand
def. it will feel more comfortable. but a rabbit will pick a specific spot when they have to ';go'; when that spot is clear, you will only have to clean that area, rabbits are very clean animals, you should try to potty train it, i know it sounds corny but thats what i did with my rabbit and i can let him loose anywhere and he only goes in his box.

you also shouldn't use pine shavings, the fumes are very harmful to them, it will need a chewable toy, their teeth grow 2x as fast as humans and you have to keep its teeth short or else you will have to go to the vet and have them cut.
